| Background: | On December 17, 2018 the Commissioners Court approved awarding the RFQ-19-002 bid for state lobbyist services to Bickerstaff Heath Delgado Acosta, LP. This firm has been working with the County since 2008 and were the top scorer among the bids received last year. The firm has the County's 86th Legislative agenda and has been working on it. |
