Subject:Discuss and take appropriate action to authorize a second amendment to the agreement with the Shalom Group. L.P. for additional space and improvements to house a County Tax Office Annex at the 424 Executive Blvd. site. 
Background:The County leases space from the Shalom Group at 424 Executive Center Blvd. to house the Justice of the Peace Precinct #1 and the Constable.  In an effort to better serve the Community, the County Tax Office is interested in adding a Tax Office Annex at this location.
