The temporary menu resulted in an increased cost of $0.172 per meal. 77,181 meals were served at the Jail Annex during this time period, resulting in an increase in cost of $13,275.14. Per Section 2(B) of the Food Services Operating Agreement (Contract No. 2017-0191), the County is responsible for additional costs incurred in providing service in the event of a Force Majeure.
