| Background: | This request is for housekeeping purposes given the election of a new County Judge. The form is a component of our senior Nutrition funding contract with HHSC for our home-delivered meals program. The County of El Paso must notify the Texas Health and Human Services Commission (HHSC), each time there is a change in governing authority. This form will serve as the County's notification to HHSC of the change in governing authority and updates the existing HHSC funding agreement authorizing the new County Judge to "negotiate on terms and conditions that he may deem advisable, contract or contracts with the HHHSC, and to execute the contract or contracts on behalf of the Local Governmental Entity." This action does not affect any other terms of the existing contract with HHSC. |
