| Background: | The County is seeking a qualified organization to provide and coordinate a wide spectrum of supervised visits and exchange services at County of El Paso location(s) for families who are victims of domestic violence.
The Purchasing Department will request specifications be reviewed by the Auditor’s and County Attorney’s offices and receive approval to proceed.

| Recommendation: | Approve and authorize the Purchasing Agent to solicit proposals for Supervised Visits and Exchange Services for families who are victims of Domestic Violence.
