Item Title:CCR2 - Counseling service Contract between DWI Drug Court Program and Aliviane Inc.

Subject:Approve and authorize the County Judge to sign the Aliviane SAMHSA Services Agreement with Aliviane Inc. and the DWI Drug Court Intervention and Treatment Program to provide counseling services to DWI Program participants, in the amount of $254,210 per year.  This contract is effective beginning September 30, 2018 for for a one year term with four additional one year options.  Funding is available in SG-GSAMHSA19-OPERATING EXP.  (Contract No. 2018-0874)
Background:Aliviane Inc. will offer counseling services to the DWI Drug Court Intervention and Treatment Program participants that will create an individualized treatment plan for each participant to include Individual Therapy sessions, Group Therapy sessions, and others as outlined in Section III of the agreement.   Contractor agrees and shall make it known that participation in a Twelve Step program is voluntary and must offer other options and materials to those who do not wish to participate in a Twelve Step program.
Fiscal Impact:

Federal Funding: $254,210 a year for each fiscal year (total of 5 years) starting FY2018.
