| Background: | On December 3, 2018, Commissioners Court approved an Amendment to the Interlocal Agreement (ILA) that was originally entered on January 12, 2009 with El Paso to allow El Paso Water to utilize their consultant, AECOM Technical Services, Inc. (AECOM). The study will expand the original El Paso County Storm Water Master Plan that was approved on September 27, 2010 to include the East Montana Sector. Cost-Benefit Analyses for selected projects will be performed that may be eligible for state or federal funds.
The item is related to El Paso Water's request to include the County as a signatory to the contract with AECOM to perform the study. This is the final document requiring signature related to the update of the 2010 County Stormwater Master Plan related to the interlocal agreement amendment approved on December 3, 2018 and requires no additional funding outside of the original approved amendment. |
