| Background: | The Information Technology Department (ITD) administers the software infrastructure that provides County employees with access to the majority of technology based solutions. Currently the Information Technology Department is licensed to utilize three software programs from ZOHO Corporation. The Active Directory (AD) Manager Plus and Active Directory (AD) Audit software provides auditing, monitoring, and reporting information such as users, groups, computers and configurations for the County Infrastructure Catalogue. In addition, these tools aid the Help Desk and the System Administrators with their day to day activities within the County’s Microsoft Active Directory. The Active Directory (AD) Self Service software is utilized by all County employees as a secure method to reset their password or unlock their account. This agreement allows for the continued support, and updates of the software utilized by the County of El Paso.
Legal review was required and has been completed by the County Attorney’s Office on November 26, 2018.
