| Background: | MKinsight Audit Management software is provided by Morgan Kai Limited and is licensed to the County of El Paso. This software is utilized by the County Auditor to perform internal auditing functions that help with the identification efficiencies or deficiencies at the County. More specifically, the software is a highly configurable tool that improves the internal audit productivity and efficiency by managing various functionalities; including risk based planning, audit management, electronic work papers, issue tracking, and controls management.
Legal review was required and has been completed by the County Attorney’s Office on January 2, 2018.
