| Background: | The Information Technology Department (ITD) manages and maintains all facilities structured cabling infrastructure. ITD requires all contractors to possess comprehensive skills, have knowledgeable resources, and maintain industry certifications in order to perform or maintain any type of structured cabling services and structured hardware installation for both data and voice installations. ITD is outsourcing the installation of this structured cabling work to Innovative PBX Services, Inc. (a professional service vendor).
The Commissioners Court Administrative Offices have added new furniture on the Judges Conference room in which it is located on the 3rd floor of the County Courthouse. This project will require cabling infrastructure to provide computer and telephone connectivity. The scope for this work is to perform the installation of structured cabling on the 3rd Floor of the County Courthouse located at 500 E. San Antonio.
Legal Review was required and completed by the County Attorney’s office dated on January 22, 2019.
Purchase Order 21902992 was approved and converted by Purchasing on December 21, 2018.
