The evaluation team reviewed, scored, and ranked each firm against the established criteria. Bickerstaff Heath Delgado Acosta, LP of Austin, TX, was determined to be the most qualified to meet the County’s needs. The sealed pricing for the most qualified firm was then opened, and a fair and reasonable price was negotiated.
