On May 14, 2018, Commissioner's Court approved the Borderplex Alliance Air Service Agreement with Borderplex to share costs for consulting services to develop new non-stop air routes from El Paso to key business destinations in three phases with each phase coming at a cost of $8,667. (Contract No. 2018-0262)
Phase I and II are complete, phase III is set to begin December 16, 2018 and conclude on April 15, 2018. |
