Subject:	Approve and authorize the Purchasing Agent to close out RFP 19-007 Supervised Visits and Exchange Services for Families of Domestic Violence.
Background:	The County was seeking qualified organization to provide and coordinate a wide spectrum of supervised visits and exchange services at County of El Paso location(s) for families who are victims of domestic violence. RFP Advertised: November 11, 2018 and November 18, 2018 RFP Opening: December 13, 2018 Vendors Notified: 150 Vendors Responding: 0 The Domestic Relations Office no longer requires the services sought in this bid as the department was recently given additional space at the Family Youth Services building on Delta Drive. This additional space will allow the DRO to bring supervised visitations and exchanges service in-house and save the County time and money. Additionally, the department is currently seeking a grant that would provide the county additional funding for the provision of these services.

Recommendation:	Approve and authorize the Purchasing Agent to close out RFP 19-007 Supervised Visits and Exchange Services for Families of Domestic Violence.
Prior Action:	Commissioners Court approved to solicitation of RFP on October 22, 2018.
