| Prior Action: | The Commissioners Court has renewed the burn ban every 90 days since April 18, 2011 given the severe drought the entire State of Texas was experiencing. Since then, it has been advised by fire/emergency personnel and the local office of the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality to re-issue the burn ban every 90 days. |
