| Background: | This agreement is the last component to a budget request approved during the fiscal year 2017 budget process. This agreement, along with cell phone services purchased under contract #2018-0169, will allow field employees the ability to complete Kronos without coming into the office. This mobile service is only for field employees who spend 90% of their time working off-site at senior nutrition sites. Geofencing will also be setup to ensure staff are within certain geographic areas when completing their time cards. This will save travel time and mileage encumbrance and reimbursement. |
