The County budget is being amended in accordance with Texas Local Government Code §111.0415.
Budget amendment is necessary:

To transfer appropriations within the CPCAPITAL12 fund to cover the cost for new election equipment as approved by Commissioners Court item#19 on 11/26/18.

To transfer appropriations from the General and Administrative account to the Budget and Fiscal Policy department to cover the cost for salary and fringe expenses for the personnel changes approved on staffing change approval form 2019.0003 for the reclassification of Grant Analyst Intermediate to Grant Analyst Senior positon.

To transfer appropriations from the General and Administrative account to the Tax Office to cover the cost for public official bond invoices. This is the final of 3 installment payments however funds were not requested or allocated in the FY19 Tax Office budget.

To transfer appropriations within the Golf Course division to cover the cost of portables for the fiscal year.

To set up the budget for Earth, Gwen & Fire grant as awarded by the Organized Crime Drug Enforcement Task Force.
