Background: | The developer/property owner is requesting a variance of the subdivision regulations of El Paso County, Texas. Subdivision will meet the Alternative Design Standards listed in Appendix 3.
- Reduce the minimum local residential right-of-way from 60 feet to 54 feet.
- Reduce the minimum lot size from 6000 square feet to 4700 square feet.
- Dedicate only the western 55 ft. of Horizon Mesa Drive Right-of-Way (ROW). This ROW will allow one half of the road to be developed.
- Reduce the minimum lot frontage width from 50 feet to 47 feet
