Subject:Approve the acceptance of Gateway Estates Unit One Replat F Amending Plat and authorize the filing and recording of the subdivision plat.
Background:

The request to amend the plat is to correct a street name (Jocky Club Circle to Jockey Club Circle) on the original subdivision plat.  The developer/property owner is requesting the recording and approval of the above-mentioned amending plat by Commissioners Court of El Paso County.  This subdivision has met all State and County subdivision regulations and requirements.

  • 90 ft. Arterial Street to 81 ft. arterial. The 81 ft. streets consists of 0ne 10 ft. hike/bike trial.
  • 5 ft. side setback, 20 ft. rear yard setback,15 ft. front yard setback  with a required 20 ft. driveway setback. 
    6,000 sf lots to 5000 sf lots
