| Background: | The Information Technology Department (ITD) manages and maintains all information services and applications utilized at the County Courthouse including email, shared files storage, and enterprise applications (Odyssey, Munis, and so forth). The core equipment servicing this access at the County Courthouse is protected by a discontinued uninterruptible power supply (UPS) system. ITD proposes to refresh the antiquated UPS system to continue the existing capacity of support to the County Courthouse.
The Information Technology Department (ITD) seeks to purchase a replacement uninterruptible power supply (UPS) system from Advance Network Management (ANM) Inc. This agreement allows for the continued maintenance, update and repair of the uninterruptible power supply (UPS) system.
Advanced Network Management (ANM) Inc. is providing pricing through Texas DIR Contract #DIR-TSO-2542.
Purchasing has reviewed and approved this purchase by releasing Purchase Order 21813528 on September 28, 2018.
Legal Review was required and has been completed by the County Attorney’s office dated on November 19, 2018.
