| Background: | This is the 3rd termination of contract that the Juvenile Probation Department has with Stericycle. The three contracts that we had were for the pick-up and disposal of waste management materials were all different. Two of the three have been terminated and this is the last one to be terminated. The County has been paying under this agreement and Stericylce has been performing under this document, which is designated 0055518-001. The letter will be signed by Chief Martinez and authorized by the Commissioners Court. |
