Subject:Approve and authorize the County Judge to sign the First Amendment To Memorandum Of Understanding (MOU) OSAR Region 10 with Emergence Health Network (EHN) and the El Paso County Juvenile Probation to address the deadlines imposed in processing referrals. (Contract No. 2018-0832)
Background:

This is an amendment to contract no. 2018-0275. The proposed changes are below.

 

1. OSAR Program shall provide assessments, status reports, and/or summaries for referrals made, with all required signed informed consent forms on file to JPD within ten (10) business days of completing the screenings and assessments.

 

2. OSAR Custodian of Records (Office Coordinator) or designee will provide copies of program documentation for individual client court proceedings, in compliance with HIPAA and 42 CFR Part 2.

 

3. OSAR staff will notify the referring probation officer and Contract Coordinator via email of missed and/or rescheduled appointments within one (1) business day of the missed/rescheduled appointment.

Fiscal Impact:

There is no fiscal impact.
