Background: | Three of the six developed service-delivery scenarios meet the goals of expanding access to transit through expansion of route operations and new service connections. The various scenarios would require adoption of a cost-sharing model which was developed by TTI as part of the original scope of work. The fiscal impact would be for Fiscal Year 2020, as the various agreements would be developed and enacted over the next six months with a proposed effective date of October 1, 2019. |
Fiscal Impact: | The proposed County responsibility for the three funding scenarios is as follows:
Scenario 3: $1,669,621 | Scenario 5: $2,068,820 | Scenario 6: $2,117,220 |
