| Background: | The County entered into an agreement with Borderplex Alliance on May 14, 2018 to help retain consulting services from L.B. Schmidt and lead a Minimum Revenue Guarantee campaign to recruit new commercial air service routes from El Paso to other key cities in the nation. Contract number 2018-0262
Phase one of three is complete.
Phase II is currently underway to be completed by December 15, 2018.
