First, a Real Estate Acquisition Data Sheet is required to be submitted that details the information on the property. That information is then submitted for a review of the Division Managers Team so that the site is considered for its potential use by all programs – Road & Bridge, Facilities, CIP, Development, etc. The property must be of extraordinary potential use. In the case of this property, several key factors were considered to evaluate the submissions, including existing infrastructure on the property, location to developing areas, property size, and road access. This property did not meet any of the relevant factors for favorable consideration, and it is the determination of the Public Works Director that this property not be accepted for donation.
