| Background: | Health and Human Services Department requires that the County of El Paso Nutrition Program submit an MCO LTSS Re-enrollment Application for FY19. The nutrition program is the meal provider for MCO population 60 years and older and/or persons with disabilities. The re-enrollment process is a requirement of the Health and Human Services Commission to continue being the meal provider to MCO populations. This allows Community Services Department to continue being a registered Texas Medicaid Provider of Home Delivered Meals. |
