The Information Technology Department (ITD) is responsible primarily for the administration of NovusAgenda software. ITD provides general support for the software and utilization of the streaming services. Granicus (previously NovuSolutions) provides the video streaming services and maintenance and support for the NovusAGENDA software used by the County to submit Commissioners Court agenda items. The County Administration Department develop and post the official agendas for Commissioners Court regular and special meetings. The software is also complimented by the streaming services, which helps meet the requirements to web-stream content for internal and external viewing, create web compatibility to mobile devices, and allow agenda integration.
ITD is requesting approval of the agreement with Granicus, LLC which provides periodic updates and all technical support needed to keep this software operational. This agreement has a total annual cost of $10,648.64, with two additional years the County can renew. The agreement will become effective 11/01/2018 and will terminate on 10/30/2019.
Legal review was required and has been completed by the County Attorney's Office on 10/24/2018. Form 1295 provided.
Contingent upon the funding allocation in MUNIS, this item will be requisitioned for fiscal year 2019. Once Purchase Order has been converted and released by Purchasing the agreement will be considered executed.
