| Background: | The seat is currently filled by Commissioner David Stout who is interested in continuing in the role. The current term expires December 31, 2018. The term is for a two year period. The County appoints three of the seats independently and has one seat it jointly appoints with the Hospital District. There are a total of seven seats on the board.
Commissioner David Stout has taken all 3 required trainings, Open Meeting Act, Public Information Act and El Paso County Ethics training. |
