The County budget is being amended in accordance with Texas Local Government Code §111.0415.
Budget amendment is necessary:

To transfer appropriations within the Agricultural Department to cover the cost for salary expenses for the staffing changes approved on September 17, 2018 during Commissioners Court for item #14.

To transfers appropriations from the General and Administrative account into the Public Works Sheriff’s Office Detention Maintenance to cover the budget as originally recommended by the Fleet Manager during budget process for Fiscal Year 2019.

To set up the remaining budget for the Protective Order Court 2019 grant as awarded by the granting agency Criminal Justice Division.

To set up the remaining budget for the 384th Adult Drug Court Program 2019 grant as awarded by the granting agency Criminal Justice Division.
