(Contract No. 2018-0772) | | Background: | OPSG is a Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) grant which supports enhanced cooperation and coordination among Customs and Border Protection (CBP), United States Border Patrol (USBP), and local, Tribal, territorial, state, and federal law enforcement agencies. OPSG program funds joint efforts to secure the US borders along routes of ingress from international borders to include travel corridors in states bordering Mexico and Canada, as well as, the states and territories with international waters. OPSG supports overtime, equipment and fuel cost and/or mileage reimbursement for operational purposes to state, local, and tribal agencies for the purpose of enhancing border security.
