| Background: | Michael Cuccaro was hired on July 30, 2018 and relocated from Atlanta, Georgia in order to fulfill the Executive Director position. As an incentive to attract and retain this new employee, Mr. Cuccaro shall be reimbursed in the amount of $7,000 for relocation expenses in accordance with the attached agreement. The Council of Judges and the HR Department is supportive of this request.
