| Background: | The Texas Veterans Commission grant will be used to fund a full-time Counselor, a full-time Compliance Officer, a full-time Community Supervision Officer and a part-time salary of an SO Deputy, for the supervision of participants of the El Paso Veterans Treatment Court Program. |
| Fiscal Impact: | The El Paso Veterans Treatment Court Program account will be set up at the time the grant is awarded and approved by Commissioners Court, in the amount of $300,000 requested, with no matching funds by the County. |
