| Background: | The contract is on an annual renewal with two 1-year options to renew. The County is exercising their second and final option to renew.
The El Paso County Juvenile Justice Center works with families and youth who are indigent. Therefore, the County of El Paso on behalf of the El Paso County Juvenile Probation Department entered into a contract with Henneberg to provide individual and family counseling services to youth and families of El Paso County when they cannot afford to pay for those services themselves. By having Henneberg provide individual and family counseling services to our youth and families, the El Paso County Juvenile Justice Center is being compliant with the Principles of Effective Intervention |
