| Background: | The El Paso County Transit was approved by Commissioners Court on February 5, 2018 to submit an application to TxDOT for the Fleet Replacement Grant. With these funds, the El Paso County Transit plans to replace five (5) qualifying vehicles (out of 20 vehicles in the fleet), identified as eligible for replacement. |
