(Contract No. 2018-0754) | | Background: | The program will provide victims of domestic violence, sexual assault, and stalking prompt access to a LCSW who can assist victims to go from surviving to thriving. This position will assist victims in navigating the post crisis phase of a domestic violence survivor’s journey. The positions will assist in identifying documents, and applications for various local, state and federal programs that victims qualify for but may not be educated on or not have the ability to fill out the paperwork on their own. In addition the LCSW will assist in providing individual advocacy, counseling and instructional support for victims. The position will also focus on vocation training and therapeutic services for all types of victims served by the County Attorney’s office. | | Fiscal Impact: | Grant - $72,000
