WebRMS (Web Records Management System) is a software application provided by Intergraph Corporation (dba Hexagon Safety & Infrastructure). This software is licensed to the County of El Paso and is utilized by the Sheriff’s Department in collaboration with the City of El Paso Police Department and other local law enforcement agencies. The WebRMS software is scheduled for deployment during the latter part of calendar year 2018 and is the second iteration of the system that is in use by the Sheriff’s Department known as ILeads RMS. This software serves as an electronic repository and management system for law enforcement records. More specifically, this software provides 911 integration, incident tracking, crime reporting, field arrests, and collaborative incident/criminal data sharing among all County law enforcement entities. The District and County Attorney also utilizes the software directly and indirectly through integration to manage case information related to legal operations. ITD shares responsibility with the City of El Paso for the management and maintenance of the software. Proper and current licensing must be maintained to allow continued use of this application.

Legal review was required and was completed by the County Attorney’s Office on September 26, 2018.

Contingent upon funding allocation in MUNIS, this item will be requisitioned on October 1st. Once approved, Purchase Order will be sent to Vendor finalizing this agreement.
