| Background: | The County through the General Assistance Division of the Community Services Department has partnered with the City of El Paso to provide coordinated assessment services under HUD's Continuum of Care Grant Program to individuals and families experiencing or at risk of experiencing homelessness.
The City will be providing space at three different locations. Location 1: The Literary Center Room #1- 501 N. Oregon St. El Paso , Texas 79901, Location 2: The Green Conference Room inside the Department of Public Health 5115 El Paso Dr. El Paso, Texas 79905 and Location 3: Ysleta Clinic Building, Ysleta Clinic Room 10010 Candelaria El Paso, Texas 79907. These locations are regionally located as required by HUD to perform coordinated assessment services.
Approval of this interlocal agreement is the last administrative component necessary to complete the grant technical submission to HUD ahead of system launch.

| Fiscal Impact: | There is no fiscal impact to the County. The city has agreed to provide space at no cost to the County.
