The evaluation was part of a two-step process. The evaluation team reviewed, scored, and ranked each firm against the established criteria. The top scoring firm, Integrity EAP d.b.a WellConnect of El Paso, TX was determined to be the most qualified for the award, and their sealed pricing was opened and determined to be fair and reasonable.
