This agreement is made and entered into with the agreement, consent and purpose to coordinate services between El Paso MHMR d/b/a Emergence Health Network, for the provision of treatment, recovery or support services.
Licensed professional OSAR Counselors and support staff will complete all required program documentation, in accordance with state and professional licensing requirements, to include: a client profile, screening and financial eligibility for all clients. Licensed professional OSAR Counselors shall make appropriate referrals to treatment, recovery or support services as determined best for each individual client.
