| Fiscal Impact: | Approval of the Operating and Capital Budgets will authorize the expenditure of funds necessary for fulfillment of the Hospital District mission to provide healthcare and hospital services to the residents of El Paso County. |
| Recommendation: | Approve the proposed FY2019 Operating and Capital Budgets for El Paso County Hospital District as previously submitted for the joint work sessions of the Commissioners Court and the Hospital District Board of Managers on July 31, 2018 and August 15, 2018. |
