| Subject: | Approve and authorize the Fiscal Year 2019 Capital Improvement Plan allocations. Upon adoption of the budget, funding is available from COCP-3001. |
| Background: | The Capital Improvement fund was established by Commissioners Court as an effort to address County capital equipment and infrastructure needs. Since 2013, one penny from the annual M&O taxes, currently $4.17 million, has been allocated for the Capital Improvement Plan. By paying for these assets on a pay as you go basis the county avoids interest costs of long term borrowing. |
