| Background: | On May 14th, Commissioner's Court approved the Borderplex Alliance Air Service Agreement with Borderplex to share costs for consulting services to develop new non-stop air routes from El Paso to key business destinations. The project called for funding of $9,667 for phase I and approval from the court upon review of the outcome on the first phase prior to continuance of phase II and phase III. |
| Fiscal Impact: | Upon positive results of phase I, phase II and phase III will continue forward into next fiscal year at a rate of $8,667 each with funds available from the following account:
