| Background: | The County of El Paso, no less than annually, reviews and updates the financial policies. These financial policies provide guidance on budgetary matters affecting the finances of the County.
Updates included in this year’s policy include:

Further clarification on transfers and carryover (re-appropriation) of funding related to equipment
