Fiscal Impact:

The Fiscal Year 2019 proposed budget includes the following balanced funds:  

General Fund:          $352,665,825

Special Revenue:     $44,728,607

Capital Projects:      $5,452,622 

Debt Service:           $19,657,317

Enterprise Funds:    $3,883,673

Total Budget:           $426,388,044

Recommendation:The recommendation is for Commissioners Court to approve and adopt the County of El Paso annual operating budget for the fiscal year beginning October 1, 2018 and ending September 30, 2019.
