| Background: | TXDOT awarded the Fabens Airport funds to develop an Airport Business and Development Plan which will be a key tool for the County/Airport as it moves forward with airport matters. Original grant awarded was $100,000 with a 90/10 match however due to the fee negotiations, an additional $4,020 is required. This increased the overall cost of $104,020 with a 90/10. County responsibility increased from $10,000 to $10,402. |
