| Background: | This is a 24 month extension of a prior 3 year lease agreement entered under a Texas Master Lease Agreement (MLA). The MLA is a contract between the State of Texas and Ricoh, as approved by the State Attorney General’s office. The Library is completing the 3 year lease agreement per TX DIR TSO-3041 that was initiated by PO1511425. The original Master Lease Agreement indicates a renewal option by written notice of intent to renew, therefor no court action is required to enter the agreement. |
| Fiscal Impact: | The monthly term of $387.39 will remain in effect for the 24 month renewal. Total yearly lease is $4648.68.
