| Background: | Category 3 - Capital Intensive Projects: The Comprehensive Incentives Policy to clarify large investments and give additional options to applicants making capital investments of $150,000,000 and above to include staggered terms. These changes will give the County flexibility to tailor an incentive agreement to companies making large investments with terms ranging between 10 - 20 years depending on the amount invested. |
