Subject:Approve the acceptance of Rancho La Palma Subdivision and authorize the filing and recording of the subdivision plat.
Background:

The developer/property owner is requesting the recording and approval of the above-mentioned plat by Commissioners Court of El Paso County.  This subdivision has met all State and County subdivision regulations and requirements.

Precinct Location – Precinct No. 3

Legal Description – All of Tract 3-F and Tract 3-J, Blk.62, San Elizario Grant, El Paso County, Texas Containing 15.113 acres.

Water and Sewer Provider – L.V.W.D. and septic system

Number of Lots – 3 lots

Recommendation:Approve the acceptance of Rancho La Palma Subdivision and authorize the filing and recording of the subdivision plat.
Prior Action:

April 16, 2018 – Variance approval (Item #9) – Lot frontage less than 1/3 of the length of the lot.
