A total not to exceed $120,000 for both projects.
The County has opted to use the Co-op for the same services and the cost for the demolition of the AGAC is $29,048 and $90,527 for the Animal Shelter a total of $119,575 for both projects, a savings of $425 to the County. This transfer will allocate the proper funds where needed.
The Sports Commission has committed to fund up to $32,500 for this project.
