| Background: | In order to create a vibrant community and a financially sound county government the Public Works/Parks and Recreation Department is requesting the approval and authorization to enter into a Memorandum of Understanding with the University of Texas at El Paso Professional and Public Programs (P3) to offer students an opportunity to learn the game of golf. This would be a renewal of the current MOU. |
