· 4 Tandem Dump Trucks $112,575.68 x 4 = $450,302.72
· 4 Water Trucks $131,047.67 x 4 = $524,190.68
Total Cost $974,493.40
The assigned dealer under the Texas Smart Buy Contract is Doggett Freightliner of South Texas of Converse, Texas. Doggett Freightliner of El Paso is a local dealer for the actual assigned dealer under this cooperative and the items will be delivered from the assigned dealer to Doggett Freightliner of El Paso for final delivery to the County. This means the award must be corrected to reflect Doggett Freightliner of South Texas of Converse, Texas, so that a purchase order can be issued to start the process.
During the research of this correction and review of requested options, the assigned dealer brought to the County’s attention that pricing is actually lower than the original quote. Pricing for award is as follows:
· 4 Tandem Dump Trucks $112,041 x 4 = $448,164
· 4 Water Trucks $130,648 x 4 = $522,592
